Although Josh Duggar might be out of rehab sometime soon, but things aren't looking up for the former "19 Kids and Counting" star. Josh might soon meet divorce papers from his wife Anna Duggar, who has undoubtedly been going through a lot since the scandals first surfaced.
Among those scandals are: molesting underage girls including his sisters, paying for numerous accounts on infidelity website Ashley Madison, an addiction to porn, and even cheating on his wife with porn star Danica Dillon on more than one occasion.
According to In Touch Weekly, Josh Duggar's unprotected encounters with Danica Dillon has created some major consequences for Anna, who had to get tested for STDs.
"She got tested for STDs," said a source to Life & Style magazine. "She was relieved to get a clean bill of health."
There's still no confirmation as to whether Anna Duggar will pursue divorce with Josh. However, a source (via Inquisitr) revealed: "She's contemplating divorce, but now Josh wants them to renew their wedding vows in front of both their families."
On the other hand, Josh Duggar is also facing a lawsuit from Danica Dillon. The complaint claims that what was initially consensual sex somehow turned into an assault. Danica Dillon is seeking $500,000 in damages for physical and emotional assault.
The lawsuit is definitely causing some financial issues for Josh and Anna Duggar. Fortunately, it seems as though TLC is giving them some sort of help through the Duggars' new TV specials, which reportedly could become a reboot of "19 Kids and Counting."
The Duggar family only currently has "Jill and Jessa: Counting On" to depend on at the moment. Although it only has three episodes, it could generate an extended contract involving the rest of the family so long as its ratings are high enough.
