Samsung has finally announced that its second-generation Galaxy A3 (2016), Galaxy A5 (2016), and Galaxy A7 (2016) are all going to be released.
The smartphones are also confirmed to feature better designs and hardware than their predecessors. Also, the Galaxy A5 and the Galaxy A7 will be equipped with a fingerprint scanner.
Samsung Galaxy A3 (2016) features and specs:
The Galaxy A3 (2016) will be released with remarkable upgrades surpassing that of its predecessor. Although the Galaxy A3 did come with a qHD screen, its next-gen version will be equipped with a 4.7-inch Super AMOLED HD (720p) screen. Furthermore, the upcoming smartphone will run with a quad-core processor, 1.5GB of RAM with 16GB of expandable memory, just like its previous version.
The new device will also come with 2,300mAh battery along with other features like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, NFC, and 4G. It will run on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop under Samsung's TouchWiz UI. Samsung Galaxy A3 will have two variants to choose from, the dual- and single-SIM, NDTV reported.
Samsung Galaxy A5 (2016) features and specs:
The next-gen Galaxy A5 handset features a 5.2-inch full HD (1080p) screen. This is quite an improvement from the 5-inch HD (720p) that came with the previous Galaxy A5 version. The new handset will be powered by a stunning octa-core processor combined with 2GB of RAM with 16GB of expandable memory.
Samsung Galaxy A7 (2016) features and specs:
The Samsung Galaxy A7 (2016) will feature a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED full HD (1080p) screen sporting a Corning Gorilla Glass screen guard. It will also be powered by 1.6GHz octa-core processor and will come with 3GB of RAM with a microSD card slot and another 16GB onboard storage, Indian Express reported.
Samsung A handset series is scheduled for launch in China towards the middle of December, which will also be expanded to worldwide markets. In line with the previously leaked images on the internet, all handsets will be coming with glass back and metal frame, which are the same with the Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 family, also released earlier this year. Meanwhile, Samsung has yet to release any detail regarding the pricing for each phone.
