Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian, the two sisters from the "Keeping Up with The Kardashians" fame, have reportedly found a rental residence in Hamptons to shoot their new reality series "Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons."

The New York Post is reporting that the sisters have finally found a 9,000-square-feet home to shoot the series and E! producers will reportedly be paying $300,000 as rent for the lavish house.

The home is a five-bedroom residence, sitting on a private compound. It has a heated pool and offers ample waterfront views.

However, Kourtney and Khloe found the refuge after much initial struggle. Several real estate sources previously told TMZ that nobody wanted to rent their home to the Kardashian sisters simply because they thought they would "attract too much trash."

Khloe and Kourtney had reportedly zeroed down on a property in Little Plains Road in Southampton, but the neighbors were upset about it.

"They don't want the hassle of the entourage, the cameras, the paparazzi and all the fanfare that comes with this attention-seeking family," said a source to Daily Mail.

While the production will be shelling out the rent for their accommodation, they saved on the store lease after Irma Herzog - a restauranteur in the area - agreed to lease a space next to her eatery to the Kardashian sisters.

"They didn't want to pay the $30,000 to $60,000 rent charged at most Hamptons stores. So they agreed to shoot episodes of the show in [landlord Irma Herzog's] restaurant," a source told The Daily Mail.

However, Herzog has now caught the glare of the residents for leasing the space. Referring to a previous case of Hepatitis, where an employee caught the disease. An outraged resident told FemaleFirst.com:

"Southamptonites are abuzz that Irma Herzog has betrayed their village . . . Will Irma also be bringing back another bout of hepatitis?"

"Now she brings trash to her backyard. People are lining up to buy Irma's property and get her out of town. She is a piranha," the resident added.

However, some are excited about having the sisters in town. The series is slated to premiere this fall. Khloe and Kourtney will be accompanied by Scott Disick, Kourtney's boyfriend. The sisters will be opening Dash's first pop-up boutique in the area, reports Us Weekly.

The Kardashian clan was seen decamping to the Hamptons yesterday. Kourtney's kids, Penelope and Mason also accompanied their mother.
