It has been months since the "Microsoft Lumia 850" had its specs leak online. Now, there are alleged renders of the said phone that has surfaced online as well. Coming from the popular leakster @OnLeaks, the leak suggests that the"Lumia 850" will sport a metal frame and will have a measurement of 155.9 x 77.23 x 6.92 mm, making the new Lumia one of the thinnest phone from the series to date.
This leak is actually quite a surprise, especially that there were also rumors that said the device was already cancelled. But now that a new report about the "Microsoft Lumia 850" has surfaced, we can just assume that the "Lumia 850" hope has not died after all. In fact, another reliable leakster @evleaks gave his own say on the matter. The popular leak source said that the "Microsoft Lumia 850" will have a gold colored trim and a gold Microsoft logo. Not only that, @evleaks also said that the device will have a front facing flash. If true, the front facing flash can be one of the phone's biggest asset. We have seen Samsung make use of the said technology and it looks like the masses enjoy the feature, especially when paired with a not so high quality front cam, as it becomes a good complementary feature to compensate low quality cameras.
So far as per previous leaks, it was said that the "Microsoft Lumia 850" will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 chip and an Adreono 306 GPU. The RAM will be 1 GB and the internal storage will be 16 GB. A microSD slot may also be present for memory expansion. The screen is 5 inch with a 768 x 1280 pixel resolution. The primary camera will be somewhere near the 10 MP quality and it will possibly have PureView and Zeiss optics. Furthermore, the "Microsoft Lumia 850" may be powered by a 2600 mAh battery.
