Lambert is known for writing songs related to her personal life. Being a songwriter and a singer, she gets inspiration from her experience to express what she really feels. One example of this was her song, the "Two Rings Shy," which is reportedly about a complicated relationship. If the news that the 32-year-old Texan-born singer is writing a divorce song, Shelton is allegedly not bothered about it anyway as he knows that she writes better than him.
"Even after the split, Blake was the first one to declare that she's not only a better lyricist than him, but she's also a faster songwriter," a source told Radar Online. "Quite frankly he knows Miranda would win hands down when it comes to songwriting or record sales."
It is also said that Shelton is busy with his other obligations to focus on songwriting.
