Drake Bell, the "Drake and Josh" star, who also starred in the "Superhero Movie" once owned a home in Los Feliz. But, after he recently declared bankruptcy, the bank foreclosed on the property and it has now hit the market for $1.5 million.
The Redfin Blog broke the news of the listing noting the bank took possession of the home in August 2013. Bell tried to sell his home before the bank could take over.
It first came on the open market with an asking price of $1.35 million. The home went in and out of escrow within a matter of two days. He then listed it again for $1.6 million. Failing to sell, the home was again de-listed and re-listed two days later for $1.35 million in April 2013.
Still sitting unclaimed, the bank eventually took over the property. The home has now returned with a price tag that's just a little over its earlier asking price.
According to listing records, the single-family Spanish-style residence is a 3,400-square-feet home with four bedrooms, three full and one half bathrooms. The three-storey home has dark hardwood floors, glass windows and large wooden doors.
Living spaces include a formal living room, a dining room, a library, a lounge and an office. The home also has a swimming pool.
The listing of the home reads, "Gorgeous Spanish style home located in the prime area of Los Feliz."
