By now, a lot of people are congratulating the birth of Saint Robert West, the second child of hip-hop artist Kanye West and reality star Kim Kardashian-West. Sources at Hollywood Life reported that aside from the rest of the world, the British royal couple, Kate Middleton and Prince William, has called KimYe to send their love and congratulations to the newborn.

According to the source at Hollywood Life, Kanye was blown away by the phone call. “It takes a lot for Kanye to be shocked or even impressed, but he was just that when Prince William and Kate phoned [him] and Kim, congratulating them and sending them their love on the birth of their second child. Kanye was mesmerized and thought that was just classy,” as told by the source. “[Kanye] told the Prince and Duchess that his son is America’s Prince! They loved that. Kanye’s never sought the approval of others but that call solidified his royal status.” We know that this child will never be out of the public’s eye.

Kardashian posted on her website that they have given the name “Saint West” to their eight pound and one ounce baby boy, who was born on Dec. 5, 2015. Kardashian opened the announcement with four emojis that represent their famous family.

Another source from Hollywood Life also reported that the couple had named their child “Saint Robert West” in honor of Kardashian’s father, the late Robert Kardashian. The father or Kim was well-known because of his involvement as a lawyer in the O.J. Simpson trial. “One of the reasons Kim and Kanye went with the name Saint is that it goes perfectly with the middle name they chose, Robert [Kardashian, Kim’s late father]. Kim has always considered her dad to be a saint. So Saint Robert is ideal!”, stated the reports.

Another probable reason was because West, also called as Yeezus, probably saw this as a cool name for his kid.
