A new report about "Grand Theft Auto 5" has surfaced on Wednesday, saying that the popular game will have a new mode. The news comes after game developer Rockstar Games officially announced that a new multiplayer mode called "Every Bullet Counts" is expected to be rolled out in some selected console platforms except on Xbox 360 and PS3, a report from Gamespot said.
According to the report, the game's new multiplayer mode is an "intense" variation of the game's free-for-all standing mode. It was said that the game's new mode features what the company calls a "unique twist" that will make players constantly engaged in the game.
"With no safe place to hide, four players go up against each other in a confined space with a very limited arsenal: just one marksman pistol and two bullets to take out three opponents. Tactics are key here--once players have exhausted their ammo, they'll need to resort to crafty melee attacks with their Hatchet or Machete to make it out alive. Campers and lurkers be warned, though: anyone staying still for more than 5 seconds will have their blip revealed on the map, making them an easier target for enemies who are wisely moving from cover to cover," reads an official description of the game's new "Every Bullet Counts" multiplayer mode, as quoted in the report.
The game's "Every Bullet Counts" multiplayer mode is now live and will be featured in the the "GTA" Online Playlist. Rockstar Games said that the new game mode is only playable in Xbox One, PC and PlayStation 4.
"A brand new online mode has come to Grand Theft Auto V, requiring some skill and luck from players to survive. In addition to this game mode, this update will also introduce new locations in GTA Online, including Michael's Rockford Hills mansion and the Tequi-la-la nightclub. The Every Bullet Counts experience for GTA Online will also reveal the position on the map for all those who stand still for more than 5 seconds, to make sure that campers are unable to dominate the mode. Furthermore, Rockstar has set up a Featured Playlist which cycles players through all four of the new maps," Postoracle said.
