After a prolonged silence, Anna Duggar finally speaks out about her husband Josh Duggar's cheating scandal that hounded him back in August. In a press tour for the three-part TLC special entitled 'Jill and Jessa: Counting On,' she shares that it was truly a difficult time for her and that 'I was just like, 'I'm gonna wake up and this is going to be okay, And this really. This can't be true.'"

She also received a good amount of backlash at the height of the scandal because she decided to stay with her now disgraced husband. Despite all of this, she remains graceful and strong while Josh is tucked away in a faith-based rehabilitation center in Rockford, Illinois. Anna and Josh have four children together, and now that Anna is alone in taking care of their brood, sister Jana Duggar is rumored to have been taking care of them too.

Other sisters who are affected by the scandal are Jill and Jessa, who revealed that they have been molested by the eldest brother when they were very young. However, when they went on a tell-all interview with Megyn Kelly, they were quick to defend his side. Anna said that she didn't feel very comfortable when the girls had this interview because she felt that her crumbling and struggling marriage was being exposed without their permission. Even if this is the case, the Duggar family remains intact and together as they decided to go through this ordeal together as one.

Is there trouble in Duggar paradise? As mentioned, Jill and Jessa have a spin-off series, and rumor has it that this is dividing their huge family! Some members are having issues with Anna's appearance on the said show, because they think that they are merely capitalizing on Josh's faults to get ratings and to rake in money. That may be the case or they might just be scared that Anna will be spilling more details about her husband.

'Jill and Jessa: Counting On' airs on TLC.
