Mark Zuckerberg, the proud father of Maxima Chan-Zuckerberg, took a paternity leave for two months. He recently posted a picture of himself looking so in love with his daughter Max. Facebook CEO and Chairman appeared to be happy as a father and as a husband to Priscilla.

According to The Globe and Mail, Priscilla Chan gave birth to a 7-pound, 8-ounce daughter last week. However, the couple did not announce the good news until Zuckerberg posted it on Facebook.

"Priscilla and I are so happy to welcome our daughter Max into this world!" -Facebook post by Mark Zuckerberg on Dec 1.

Together with this post, Zuckerberg wrote that he and his wife will donate 99% of shares to charity equivalent to more than $40 billion. These will be placed to Chan-Zuckerberg Initiative which will support on curing diseases, education, promote equality, etc. - wherein we, together, can build the world for Max and all children as stated by Mark. This disclosure of Zuckerberg garnered 1,529,443 likes, more than 269,000 shares up to this date. The couple got lots of inspiring messages from the netizens, heartfelt congratulations to the couple for receiving such wonderful blessing, welcoming Max into this world, beautiful and full of hope messages wishing Max to have a good life and see the world on a beautiful perspective.

The Facebook CEO and Chairman took the effort to reply each and everyone giving thanks for the support of Priscilla's pregnancy all the way through her giving birth to Max.

Along with Mark Zuckerberg's post is a letter to Max, entitled 'A letter to our daughter'. Herein, they tell Max about this world we are now living in, hoping that it will get better when she grows up. On how her parents will help to make this world a better place, as this was their responsibility as parents. Not just for Max, but for all the children in this world, and for the next generation as well.     

Zuckerberg is apparently playing as a great father to Maxima. His decision to take a break from work shows how important his presence to his daughter and his family.
