Does ex-"The Vampire Diaries" star Nina Dobrev miss playing a role on a series and is she hinting on playing a part on AMC's "The Walking Dead" soon?
Nina Dobrev is causing a buzz towards her fans and the fanaticos of AMC's series "The Walking Dead." Why? The 26-year-old ex TVD star recently posted a photo of her and a major character of the series Norman Reedus. Is Dobrev potentially a future cast of the zombie series?
According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry, Dobrev is currently in a phase now where her plans of leveling up her career is not going on smoothly and is speculated that she maybe open now for possibilities in starring for a TV role again just like the zombie apocalypse series, "The Walking Dead."
"It's pretty clear that Nina Dobrev's decision to quit 'The Vampire Diaries' for a shot at movie stardom isn't working out as well as she had planned. Producers haven't exactly been beating down her door with parts," according to the article. "Rumor has it that Nina really has no choice but to head back to the small screen - so it seems logical that she would choose a show as huge as 'The Walking Dead.' If she is going to settle for another TV show, it might as well be a huge one!"
The publication even cited that one way that Dobrev could land a role on the said series is through actor portraying Daryl Dixon on the series, Norman Reedus.
"Nina Dobrev shared a photo of herself cozying up to Norman Reedus (Daryl Dixon) at the American Music Awards, and Instagram began buzzing that Nina might have joined the cast of 'The Walking Dead.'"
"Let's face it, if Norman Reedus "puts in a good word for you" or requests that the producers take you in to consideration for a part, you basically have the job in the bag." scooped by CDL.
Although the rumor is not yet confirmed for Dobrev's appearance on the zombie drama, one thing is certain though that Dobrev has clearly made up her mind not to reprise her role back on the CW series "The Vampire Diaries." Apparently, Dobrev thinks that her role in the CW drama as Elena Gilbert was her stepping stone in acting and that she wants to progress for a more deep, serious roles in the future.
