Tom Cruise and Scientology rumors surge again!

News now indicate that the "Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation" actor is battling custody with ex-wife Katie Holmes over their daughter Suri.

The 53-year-old "Top Gun 2" actor is rumored to fight over the custody of his daughter Suri to raise her as a Scientologist and wants her to live surrounded by the cult's environment.

"After he finishes filming Jack Reacher II in New Orleans, he's planning on making a big effort to re-bond with his daughter and maybe even try for more custody," based from HollywoodLife.

Cruise is said to "vowed to reconnect with Suri," according to the outlet from InTouch magazine and the "Mission Impossible" actor wants to "reintroduce her [Suri] to Scientology. He wants to be there for [her] and he wants her to be a part of his religion."

Although Cruise has not seen his daughter for a long time now, the "Mission Impossible" actor is said to be determined now to get his daughter from Holmes.

"Tom Cruise hasn't seen his daughter, Suri Cruise, for reportedly two years, but he finally wants to raise his little girl - in the Church of Scientology," according to Hollywood Life. "Tom is even ready and willing to fight Suri's mother, Katie Holmes, for custody."

According to the sources, this idea of Cruise will mean serious business for his ex-wife, Katie Holmes who was rumored "terrified" over the thought that their nine-year-old daughter Suri will be raised in the customs and beliefs of ex-husband's faith Scientology.

"Katie will have to get up for the fight of her life," sources of InTouch revealed.

The publication even added, "His [Cruise] ultimate goal is to raise Suri in the Church, like his adopted kids. That freaks Katie out."
