"Dance Moms" Star Abby Lee Miller recently slammed the producers of her Lifetime show for allegedly being insensitive with their choice for dances.

Throughout the past couple of years, Miller and her ALDC dancers have been competing in various dance events. Every single routine done by the individual dancers or the entire group are based on specific topics or issues.

However, when the producers asked Miller to make her dancers wear a baby bump and portray teen pregnancy, the 49-year-old coach put her foot down and said no, according to Design & Trend. After she said no, Miller reportedly had an argument with the producers of the show who asked her to not appear in some episodes of "Dance Moms" Season 6.

Meanwhile, Miller recently released a newsletter narrating some highlights from her recent encounter with the producers.

"If I've gone missing from a few episodes in Season 6, don't believe anything anybody says. No doubt, I am fighting with a producer. When a grown man tells me he wants one of my kids to portray a pregnant teen and wear a baby bump - I have to put my foot down. If that means not moving my foot and not working and getting fired in the process, well that's a risk I'm willing to take to protect my girls. I am always teaching principles, integrity, and values in addition to dance technique. It is important for me that the girls learn to stand up and fight for what they believe in!" she wrote.

According to Deadline, Collins Avenue, the producers of "Dance Moms," has not yet commented on Miller's statements. It is also unclear which of Miller's dancers the producers wanted to have a baby bump.

"Dance Moms" Season 6 will air on Jan. 5, 2016 at 8 p.m. ET. The series will feature Maddie Ziegler, Mackenzie, Kendall Vertes, Kalani Hilliker, JoJo Siwa, Nia Frazer and Brynn Rumfallo.
