Jose "Junior" Aldo hit the mat in Round 1 of UFC 194 in a fight against Conor "The Notorious" McGregor. This was after the Dublin, Ireland, fighter sucker punched him on the chin resulting in a knock-out win in just 13 seconds on the first round, a report from Hollywood Life said.

The highly-anticipated match between the two rivals happened in Las Vegas, Nevada. Everyone expected Jose Aldo to attack first and to finish the 27-year-old McGregor considering his arrogance days before the fight.

As the bell rang for the first round, Jose lunges into an attack but Conor seems to have something different in mind as he simply did the most obvious thing to stop the Brazilian fighter: a quick left-handed punch to the chin. This hit Aldo like a ton of bricks and he was out even before he hit the mat!

Conor on the other hand, had to be sure that his opponent was indeed in KO land so he mounted Jose and put out a couple more of his thundering punches. The referee stopped the fight and declared McGregor the winner. The crowd went wild at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.

After defeating Aldo, McGregor now becomes the new UFC Featherweight Champion. He will also be known as the fighter who claimed his title the fastest in any UFC title fight! This is just an eye-opener on how amazing this knockout win was!

Hollywood Life had a chance to conduct an exclusive interview with Conor before UFC 194 and the online publication said that he was really certain that he would win the fight that night.  "What is in my head is victory. I must strike, evade, strike, press and finish. This is a war that is in my head. I will be an animal in there. My mind is on the job! Everyone else is a watered down version of myself. I will perform. I will win."

To recall, "The Notorious" also stated that he has dreams to become a world champion fighter at the UFC. He also mentioned that he wanted a lot of money - more than he knows what to do with it. He guaranteed that he will finish the fight by the four-minute mark of round one and that was actually what happened, the Hollywood Life report concluded.

"This fight will be decided by the four-minute mark of the first round. Anything beyond that will be a mere formality. I just don't see him answering the bell for the second round. I can't see his face or his body at the beginning of the second round. I see him KO'd inside one."
