The Season 4 of "Orphan Black" is set to premiere in spring 2016, and as early as now, various spoilers have been teased about the BBC series, the most intriguing of which is whether Delphine (Evelyne Brochu) survives or not.
"Orphan Black" Season 3 ended with various cliffhangers, which include Delphine being shot in a carpark. While most people assumed that she's already dead, some fans speculate that she may return in Season 4 because her character is important to the story and has undergone tremendous development throughout the seasons. Show creator Graeme Manson previously hinted to Indiewire that Delphine may have survived after all.
"Where did she get hit? In the liver? I'm not sure that's fatal," he said, sparking hope for fans.
On the contrary, co-creator John Fawcett previously told Entertainment Weekly that Delphine's death is an important twist in the story and development of Season 4 of "Orphan Black," saying that "it was a necessary move to make. And it's necessary in Cosima's story and it's necessary going forward in subsequent seasons-in Season 4 and Season 5."
With the conflicting statements, fans will have to wait for the show's release in 2016 to find out whether Delphine is alive or not.
Meanwhile, according to Design & Trend Manson also hinted on the Leda clones' love lives. During the PaleyFest, he said that "he believes Sarah deserves to find love again in Season 4." Does this mean that she'll finally enjoy quality time with Cal and her daughter Kira, or will she have a new love interest again?
In addition, Jordan Gavaris, who plays Felix, recently dished to Buddy TV that he would like to tell more of Felix's story in Season 4, his experiences as a gay man and an artist as well as his loneliness.
"Orphan Black" Season 4 is slated to premiere on BBC America in spring 2016.
