As their four-year marriage is struggling, the actress has been reported to be terrified as they're heading for a hefty $135 million divorce.

The report goes on to say that the 39-year-old "Wild" star had kicked her husband out of their home after the movie producer's less time for her since the wake of his DUI arrest.
Witherspoon is said to be separated already from her second husband as they have been living apart from each other for some time now. The latter's busy schedule reportedly strained their marriage after he focused on working again.
"When they first got together, he put his career almost on hold for her. Now he works day and night and doesn't answer his phone when she calls. In her eyes he is not the same man she married," the insider said. "She will criticize him for not being able to juggle his career and home life as well as she can."

Second, she's terrified of the pricey procedure as her net worth is bigger than Toth. The "Legally Blonde" actress has a net worth of $80 million, while her talent agent husband is worth $8 million.
Meanwhile, a separate report from Gossip Cop revealed that Whiterspoon's divorce rumors have no basis. The site's insider claimed that the report is ridiculous and untrue.
