Moto X Style users in Europe can now get the latest version of the Android mobile operating system, Marshmallow. Moto X Style is the international version of Moto X Pure Edition in the U.S. market.
The Moto X Style users are already expecting that they will be next in line with regards to the Marshmallow update, when U.S. users of the Moto X Pure Edition started receiving them. Soon, other international users of the Motorola phone will also be receiving the update. All of which is over-the-air, Android Police reported.
Moto X Style Marshmallow update is also set at around 650 MB, and will just be a stock Android 6.0 and can now be enjoyed by many fans of Android and Motorola. Motorola is one of the brands that does not add additional applications to the Android operating system.
The Moto X Style offers a 5.7-inch, 1440 x 2560 resolution, Quad HD display. The processor is a Snapdragon 808 hexa-core and comes with a Adreno 418 GPU. Memory is at 3 GB and comes in either 16 or 32 internal storage, but can be expanded up to 128 GB via a microSD slot. It is also equipped with a 21 MP rear-facing camera with dual LEDs and can capture 4K videos and slow motion videos, Motorola's official website posted.
A 5 MP selfie camera is on the front and is capable of capturing great images even in low-light conditions because of the flash and night mode option. The front camera can also take slow motion video. Other great features include, water repellent nano-coating, Bluetooth, and NFC connections.
Moto X Pure users can check for the update manually by going to Settings> About Phone> System Update. If none can be seen, users may need to try it again after a few hours or maybe days. Motorola is trying to do the roll-out in a staggered fashion, so it will not be the same day and time for every user.
