Will the "Pacific Rim" actor Charlie Hunnam end his acting career? A news from Inquisitr emerged that Hunnam will pursue his passion in fighting inside the octagon.

As per Realty Today, Hunnam got his work out inspiration from the UFC Featherweight champion's work out videos. He's continually training for his role of "King Arthur" for his upcoming film "Knight of the Roundtable: King Arthur." The actor has been using McGrgeor's videos in preparation for his role as per Fox News.

"Hunnam has been a fan of mixed martial arts for several years and has even attended grappling shows like Metamoris in the past. He's also been an avid boxer for most of his life and the actor says watching and mimicking McGregor helped him train for his upcoming role."

The rumors first emerged during his interview with TMZ. It is when he told the reporters that the idea of him losing weight is ideal for him to fight in the octagon. He even added that he could fight the reputable UFC fighter, Conor McGregor.

"I was just doing a film and I had to lose a lot of weight and that's why I'm a little skinny right now and I got down to 145 pounds, which was my goal, and I thought maybe I could fight Conor McGregor but I don't think it would go too well for me,"

He then jokingly added:

"Maybe seven and a half seconds before getting knocked out but it would be a great seven and a half seconds."

As for his girlfriend, Morgana McNeils on the other hand, she stated that it is important for couples to support each other's interest.

"I think the key to maintaining a good balance is creating a safe space within the relationship for both partners in which to grow and evolve, It's very important to be present and participate in each other's experiences so that falling in love doesn't happen just once, it continues to happen over and over."
