It seems as though Lamar Odom is still far from recovery. The former Los Angeles Laker is reportedly "not doing great."

It was just a month ago when Khloe Kardashian claimed that the 36-year-old basketball star could find himself "mentally fully recovered" within a year and a half.

However, a source has told Entertainment Tonight that Lamar Odom is still has a long road ahead of him. "He's not doing great," the source said.

"His speech is still slurred and he can barely walk on his own yet. He forgets a lot of people's names - sometimes even his own. He definitely has some memory loss," added the source.

In the mean time, though, Odom is getting unwavering support from the Kardashian-Jenner family. "They all pop in to see him [at Ceders-Sinai Medical Center], including Khloe," revealed the source.

On the other hand, another source claims that Lamar Odom is still making little improvements as each day goes by. Talking to Us Weekly, the source said: "He actually gets a little better every day."

"He talks a bit more each day and walks with a walker but still has trouble processing his thoughts," the source continued. "It's very slow but little by little."

In fact, the Daily Mail reports that Lamar is set to move to a rehab facility to help with his recovery, which apparently is closer to Khloe's house.

Even though Lamar still has a long journey ahead of him, Khloe remains hopeful that he can get back on his own feet with "time and the right care." Previously, Khloe shared, "His kidneys are recovered and all of his organs are pretty much recovered."

"It's more his brain is still affected and physically he has to learn how to walk again," the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star continued. "And he is learning how to feed himself again."

"All those normal things we take for granted every day and it's a really long road and it's going to take a long time," Khloe added.
