Bill Cosby is now suing his accusers! The Cosby Show star filed a lawsuit in Massachusetts' federal court against sexual assault accusers Tamara Green, Therese Serignese, Linda Traitz, Louisa Moritz, Barbara Bowman, Joan Tarshis and Angela Leslie for "malicious, opportunistic, false and defamatory" claims, stated Roland Martin of NewsOne Now, a report from Radar Online said.

The court documents that have been filed by Cosby's camp contained the following statement: "The honorable legacy and reputation that Mr. Cosby has long cultivated...has been tarnished," the court documents read. "Relying solely on unsubstantiated accusations, Counterclaim Defendants have engaged in a campaign to assassinate Mr. Cosby's reputation and character by willfully, maliciously, and falsely accusing Mr. Cosby of multi-decade-old purported sexual misconduct."

The documents allege that the accusers mentioned also "extracted financial gain" from the scandal that the comedian is facing.

Roland Martin Tweeted the following statements about the shamed comedian's accusations:
