Carrie Fisher and Ellen DeGeneres were spotted selling "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" tickets wearing Princess Leia buns.
The Star Wars saga's Princess Leia, Fisher, was seen selling tickets for the premiere of the movie with popular talk show host DeGeneres at a street corner in Los Angeles streets, HNGN reported.
Fisher, who was that day's guest on DeGeneres' show, did the selling before they started the interview. They wanted to get people excited for the movie.
DeGeneres explained, "We had signs and we wanted to see how many people we could get to give tickets to the opening night of 'Star Wars'. This was just this afternoon," the article stated.
Fisher yelled, "'Star Wars' for charity ... Carrie Fisher and stupid hair - again!"
However, they weren't really that successful with selling the tickets since most of the people who pulled over didn't have any cash on hand. Instead, the two just asked people who pulled off to do something for them in exchange of the "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" opening night tickets.
They asked the first lady who approached them, "What do you have in your trunk?"
They were able to get more people to pull over. One of the women who pulled over didn't recognize Fisher when she approached. "Do you love me also?" Fisher asked.
"Uh, I don't know you yet," the woman admitted.
"I'm Princess Leia!" Fisher explained.
"Oh! Now I know!" the woman said.
The two also encountered one diehard Star Wars fan roaming the streets with a lightsaber in hand. And, as expected, he wanted to have the tickets for the upcoming "The Force Awakens" premiere. So, Fisher and DeGeneres asked him to do a headstand and sing the "Star Wars" theme song.
He was able to do it successfully and said, "Force be with you!" before he left with the tickets. (Watch the video below).
