Kaley Cuoco is doing quite well, following her divorce with Ryan Sweeting.
The "Big Bang Theory" actress is dating "Arrow" star Paul Blackthorne, 46, and although it is in early stage, Movie Pilot reports, the lovely actress is quite excited about it.
Cuoco and Blackthorne have shown support for each other's charity works by both posting a photo in their respective Instagram account, the former donning a tee with the latter's face on it, campaigning to avoid poaching elephants and Blackthorne posting Cuoco's photo wearing a different shirt, this time, about keeping rhinos' horns.
A US Weekly insider said, "It's new, but she's really excited about it." The source also added, "Kaley's doing great post divorce."
The actress celebrated her 30th birthday on Nov. 30 and in her Instagram post, she said, "There have been a few bumps along the way, but thank you god, nothing I can't handle... #30isgonnarock." A photo with her looking out at the White Tiger Foundation's sanctuary in Mexico was posted with it.
It has been three months since Cuoco had a divorce from Sweeting. They had been together for 21 months. One of the reasons cited about the divorce was that "because he was addicted to painkillers prescribed after back surgery and refused to get sober," according to Daily Mail.
The tennis pro player had a history of trouble with pills, the report adds. In 2006, Sweeting was apparently arrested for DUI and after they got married in December 2013, after 6 months of dating, the athlete "developed a dependency on painkillers." He had a back injury a few months after meeting her and he was prescribed with pills. It's alleged that the addiction started from there.
On another US Weekly report about the divorce, one of its sources revealed, "'She supported him but she said he couldn't make the commitment to get sober. He'd tell her he was working on it and instead go get wasted."
Her past was dark but from the way things are going at the moment, it seems Cuoco's future is shining bright. She certainly deserves it. Don't you agree?
