Asus ZenPad C 7.0 (Z170MG) is built for the India market. It is powered by a MediaTek processor and is relatively cheaper than the original version that came with an Intel Atom chipset (Z170CG).

Asus ZenPad C 7.0 0 (Z170MG), considered to be a reasonable priced tablet, is 7-inch multi-touch tablet that comes with a decent hardware. It can be considered as an entry- level tablet and is aimed for the budget conscious consumers.  It is priced at Rs 7,999 or about US$120 and exclusively retailed by Snapdeal.

The Asus ZenPad C 7.0 (Z170MG) is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT8382V/W processor with a clock speed of 1.3 GHz. It comes with 1GB of RAM and 8GB internal storage, which is expandable up to 32GB via its built-in microSD slot. Asus ZenPad C 7.0 (Z170MG) main camera is a 5MP, capable of autofocus, while the front has a 0.3 MP camera, which can suffice for selfies and video calls, GSMArena reported.   

Asus ZenPad C 7.0 (Z170MG) tablet is also equipped with two 3G SIM slot, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. It also contains proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, accelerometer and a gyroscope. Asus ZenPad C 7.0 (Z170MG)  is very stylish with its round edges and measures 8.4 mm thickness and weighs 265 grams.

The Oleophobic coated 1024 x 600 resolution 170 ppi pixel density screen keeps the Asus ZenPad C 7.0 (Z170MG) display fingerprint free. It comes preloaded with an Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system and packs a non-removable 3450 mAh.  It is said that the battery can provide up to eight hours of continued use or up to 700 hours when on a stand-by mode. Future owners can choose the tablet in Obsidian Black or Pearl White variant.

Asus ZenPad C 7.0 (Z170MG) is currently being offered exclusively in India.  However, the Intel Atom version is available internationally.
