Viewers will have to brace themselves as it was reported that God may be coming down on Earth in the second part of "Supernatural" Season 11.

In the mid-season finale of the show, Amara (Emily Swallow) tried to criticize her brother in front of Dean (Jensen Ackles) for banishing her. She believes that he did it because he thinks that she is a threat. Amara thinks that God left her because he was afraid that she could create more beautiful creatures than him.

Christian Today reports that Amara might just get what she wants as the promo video for "Supernatural" Season 11 episode 10 shows Castiel (Misha Collins) looking down on his chest with the words "I am coming." Many speculate that this could be God's warning that he is coming down on Earth to face his evil sister.

International Business Times reports that it just makes sense that God will announce his arrival through his most trusted soldier and has decided that it is now time to face Amara. Can he end the terror Amara brought once and for all?

It was also reported that in the return episode, viewers will finally learn what will happen to Sam (Jared Padalecki) after he gets trapped in Lucifer's (Mark Pellegrino) cage. It was earlier reported that Sam learned that the visions he thought he received from God were actually from Lucifer so that he can be lured to coming to hell. Lucifer made Sam believe that God was asking him to ask for the fallen angel's help in order to defeat the Darkness.

As Lucifer trapped Sam in the cage, Crowley (Mark A Sheppard) watched the scene helplessly, not knowing what to do. Can Sam get out of there alive?

Fans will have to wait as "Supernatural" returns on The CW on Jan. 20.
