Vince Neil, the lead singer of the heavy metal band Mötley Crüe, is set to sell his house for $2.58 million located at Danville, CA.
The rock singer’s mansion rests at 5,370 square ft and is expected to close in a week according to Brooks Landry, a listing agent. The property was on sale since October of 2012.
According to the report at Realtor, the open house attracted about 175 people, which we call a huge party. There are international investors that were interested in getting the mansion and sealing the deal in the past three years but unfortunately, they backed out.
The house is designed in a Mediterranean manner, which means a lot of spaces.
Having four bedrooms and five bathrooms, anyone who buys this clearly has space for everything.
There is an outdoor patio and backyard that has a hand-painted Italian tile that is located at the bottom of the pool. Did we mention that the pool has fountains and statues that are imported from Paris?
The kitchen looks divine with table tops made with marble.
Landry said that Neil improved the backyard which costs over a million dollars. “There’s no other property in the area with a yard like it.” It truly is a rock god’s house.
We wonder how many hits were created in this house. Rather, how many star-studded parties that happened in this piece of land.
Neil joined the rock band Mötley Crüe back in 1980. He was good friends with Mötley Crüe’s drummer and founding member, Tommy Lee, dating the friendship started when they were still in high school. When the band was looking for a new vocalist, Lee recommended Neil and the band were impressed so he joined the band as the lead vocalist. Neil left the band in 1992 and went to become a car racer and signed with Warner Brothers to be a solo artist.
