"Dance Moms" Maddie Ziegler confirmed to leave the talent show franchise!

The 13-year-old brunette dancer Maddie Ziegler has always wowed audience with her stunning performances and hard stunts. After six seasons that Abby Lee Miller handled the 13-year-old Ziegler, the young dancer is now stepping out of the reality show and pursues a career in acting.

Ziegler is now taking a new path on her career and confirmed her exit on "Dance Moms" season 6. After Ziegler appeared on Sia's music video "Chandelier" and tagged by ABC as the "New It" girl, the 13-year-old reality dancer is now pursuing her take on acting.

According to Yibada (via US Weekly), "the 13-year-old has 'simply outgrown' her role in the show. It was said that she has always wanted to try other things such as acting."

"Acting is something she's really excited to pursue and [Maddie] is in high demand," added the sources of the outlet.

Meanwhile, the 13-year-old is now working on a film that Colin Trevorrow directs entitled "The Book of Henry" and the outlet also reports that Ziegler will also play the lead role in Sia's "Alive."

In other news, it was reported that Ziegler may not only be the one to leave Abby Lee Miller's Dance Studio. Apparently, Miller has numerous counts of legal issues that she is dealing with and there are fears that some of her students will leave her dance studio.

"In October, it was revealed that the Department of Justice had charged Miller with 20 counts of fraud, false bankruptcy declarations, and concealment of bankruptcy assets," according to Christian Post. "If found guilty, the dance instructor and choreographer could spend five years in prison and/or be charged a $250,000 fine for each indictment count."

Some of the mothers of Abby Lee Miller's students claim that they have offers from other dance studios.

"Debbie Allen wanted to work with our girls," says Holly, the mother of Nia Sioux. "So if Abby's not prepared, there's a studio that wants us."

Watch for "Dance Moms" season 6 premiering on Jan. 5, 2016.
