The UFC title fight between Rafael dos Anjos and Donald Cerrone had finally ended leaving Anjos as the undisputed UFC lightweight champion. After the said event, the Brazilian champ said some words of warning for a possible contender on the lightweight division. The message was specifically addressed to Conor McGregor as he is expected to move up to the lightweight division and most likely challenge the title in his next bout. Because of this, Anjos sent a message to the Irish man via news.com.au saying;

"Hey Mr McGregor, if you want to come to the lightweight division, this is my division man. You are better to stay in the featherweight division. I will fight you in Brazil, I will go to Ireland to fight you. Wherever you want man, I am here to stay." Anjos also added that, "this division is mine, you know. Lightweight division is mine. If this guy want to come to lightweight division, he's got to face me. I'm going to be here, I'm going to be improving all the time."

The current lightweight champion is pretty confident with his warning to the contender. However, it seems like the McGregor does not mind the words of Anjos, for he even posted a pic captioned "Selfie" via social media, "a not-so-subtle reference to UFC chairman and CEO Lorenzo Fertitta's recent prediction that McGregor will be the sport's first $100 million man." reported news.com.au.

The said post was not even intended for the current lightweight champ, for according to reports it was a direct reaction to Nate Diaz mocking attack. Diaz during his post-fight talk to Joe Rogan saying;

"Conor McGregor, you're taking everything I work for, motherf***er. I'm gonna fight your f***ing ass. You know what the real fight - the real money fight - is: Me," Diaz said. "Not these clowns that you already punked at the press conference. Don't no one want to see that. You know you beat them already. That's an easy fight. You want that real sh*t? Right here."

Though Diaz and McGregor seemed to not care of Anjos, still a match between the Featherweight champ McGregor and Lightweight champ Rafael dos Anjos is a match to be expected.
