Hands off! Taylor Swift is now filing a lawsuit against Colorado DJ David Mueller who allegedly groped her buttocks during a meet and greet event, a Radar Online report revealed.

The 1989 artist and her lawyers filed new documents against Mueller demanding $150,000 in damages. This includes $75,000 for compensatory damages and $75,000 in punitive damages! Swift alleges the terrible event has caused her mental pain and suffering and has resulted in emotional stress, fear, anxiety and humiliation, the Radar Online report stated.

Mueller is countering Taylor's lawsuit by seeking damages in total of $300,000 plus interest. The DJ is accusing the Grammy awarded singer of false accusations and costing him his job at the radio station. In his report, Mueller explained that he has been working in the radio industry for more than 20 years. His Colorado country music station is 98.5 KYGO.

Mueller said that his bosses told him that he and his co-host Ryan Kliesch will attend a meet and greet with the Fearless singer on June 2, 2013. The DJ said that he went backstage to meet the singer and was even accompanied by his girlfriend. The two complimented Swift and then had a few photos taken with her. The meeting went well and he said that Swift "remained pleasant as she bid them goodbye."

After the meeting, Mueller claimed that he met a co-worker who told him that he met Taylor and was able to put his arms around the singer and grab her butt.

Later that day, Mueller was approached by one of Taylor's bodyguards and was accused of grabbing the singer's butt as they had the photo shoot. The DJ recalled that he was kicked out of the event and he was also fired over the allegations. He sued Swift for damages.

Swift admitted that she took photos with Mueller and his girlfriend and said that it was him who groped her not his co-worker. She also said that she was not aware of Mueller's contract with the Colorado radio station and she did not in any way interfere with his employment in the company.

Taylor counter-sued Mueller and alleged that he committed sexual assault. She mentioned that she knew Mueller's co-worker and that she clearly remembers everything that has happened. The documents filed stated that she was surprised and offended that the radio DJ lifted her skirt and groped her butt during the photo op. She also explained that after the horrible incident she was forced to start a concert for 13,000 fans while feeling very distressed.

Both Mueller and Swift believe that mediation will be unable to resolve the case and no one is willing to make a settlement.
