Kyle MacLachlan, who is perhaps best known for his portrayal of agent Dale Cooper in the 90's thriller series "Twin Peaks", is reportedly renting out his Hollywood Hills West pad for $20,000 a month.

Curbed broke news of the rental noting that Aileen Comora and Paul lester of The Agency hold the listing.

The English country inspired cottage style home looks straight out of a "Twin Peaks" setting. The residence spans an area of 2,669 square feet and has four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Interiors feature stone-tiled flooring, wood beamed ceilings, brick fireplaces and exposed brick walls and French windows and wooden doors.

Living spaces include a formal living area, a dining room, and a chef's kitchen with a small marble-top mid-rise island. There is a family room and a breakfast room as well.

Outside, the home has a pool area, a gym, a guest house and an entertaining patio. The home is being offered fully furnished.

News of the rental comes just as the return of "Twin Peaks" was confirmed by Showtime, the network which aired the series 25 years ago. The creators announced the return of the legendary series releasing a small teaser for the nine-episode project set to air in 2016. Mark Frost will be writing the series, while David Lynch will be directing it. It will not be a remake.

MacLachlan dropped strong hints of his return to the series on Twitter.
