Teresa Guidice will be coming out of prison before 2015 ends. The "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star is set to come out of the Federal Correctional Institute in Danbury, Connecticut today, Dec. 23. However, there are reports that  her husband Joe Guidice is not that happy for her release as he's now terrified about how Teresa will react to his adventures while the latter was in prison.

Right after her release, the "RHONJ" star will be spending time with her sister Melissa Gorga for Bravo's Christmas special. According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, Bravo got the right timing to feature the show's special while centering on Teresas's release. Her fans would reportedly be happy to see the actress and how she has changed.

"... she's getting released on Dec. 23, I don't know exactly what time. I will be picking her up and driving her home," Teresa's attorney, James Leonard Jr. confirmed, Reality Tea reports.

The 43-year-old reality star served 11.5 months in prison after pleading guilty to bankruptcy fraud and conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud. Teresa was released at an earlier date due to her first-time, non-violent offender, good behavior inside the prison. She is set to be released after serving a 15-month sentence period, as reported by the Vulture. However, the wife of Joe will still be wearing an electronic ankle monitoring device and will be in home confinement until Feb. 5.

With the reality star's impending release, it was said that her husband is terrified that the former will find out about his activities while she was in prison. Back in August, police came to Joe's house in Jersey Shore after he was engaged in a heated altercation with a neighbor. Joe's neighbor alerted the police when they heard the former shouting at his 14-year-old daughter, Gia, who was locked out of their home for some minutes. TMZ reported that the argument began when the father of four had a party and his neighbors think that it was inappropriate for his kids to be there.
