Israeli psychedelic trance DJ duo Infected Mushroom's Erez Eisen has put his  his charming 1,525-square-foot house in Studio City, CA, for nearly $1 million, Realtor reports.

Bought for $820,000 back in August of 2013,  the two-bedroom, two-bathroom home is now being listed for $999,000 -not bad! As for the purpose of the sale, Burt Bakman, the DJ's listing agent was generous enough to share information that Eisen is a soon-to-be-father and that the coming of the child prompted him to look for a bigger place- well, you will really need A LOT of space for all the baby's things. However, there was no clue as to who the expectant mother is; but what is known is that the DJ and actress Tara Reid are already a thing of the past.

Sitting on a 6,635-square-foot lot, the property has plenty of Infected Mushroom memories as the the DJ had built a recording studio in the traditional style home. In fact, it is in that very studio that "Converting Vegetarians II," the duo's new album, was recorded. It is also where he produced a track for the album "Artpop" of one of the music industry's current icons, Lady Gaga.

Although the actual home is on the smaller side, Bakman pointed out that you can buy a teardown for the DJ's price and that investors usually "buy for a million, tear it down, put up a bigger one for two-and-a-quarter" million. That said, families who are looking to find a property in the area will find this turnkey property "rare" for its price of under $1 million.

Aside from turning what used to be an office space into a recording studio, Eisen had also invested with the renovation and upgrade of the house's kitchen and living room - who knows, you may not have to tear the house down at all.

Eisen is not looking to move out of the Studio City and is hoping to find his new home within the area since his kids attend their school there.
