"Real Housewives of New York" star Ramona Singer is officially single again after the court finalized her divorce from estranged husband Mario.

Ramona and Mario are now legally divorced after the court dissolved their marriage on Nov. 24, reported Radar Online. It was a spokesperson from the New York Civil Supreme Court who confirmed the news to the site.

Court records show that the 59-year-old reality star and her ex-husband were able to reach a settlement after a couple of compliance conferences. The last meeting happened on Sept. 8.

The 62-year-old businessman was said to be eyeing the assets of Ramona during their settlement meetings. Mario's trophy-making business is struggling that is why he allegedly wanted some piece of the RHONY star's properties.

"Mario is trying to take Ramona for everything she worked so hard to achieve," a source told the outlet.

Whatever the settlement was, it is confirmed that Ramona was able to keep the family's South Hampton mansion and Manhattan condo.

There is limited information released to the public regarding the couple's divorce but according to Buddy TV, the reality TV star was not shy in writing about the cheating of her husband in her book, titled "Life on the Ramona Coaster."

"The stress of everything became unmanageable and it began to wreak havoc on my mind, body and spirit," Ramona revealed. "There were times when I was so low that I almost felt like throwing myself in front of a subway train."

The couple's marriage was bombarded with problems in 2013 when the reality star learned of her husband cheating on her with Kasey Dexter, a young personal trainer. The couple tried to reconcile and to make their marriage work.

However, in August 2014, Ramona decided to end things between them and filed for divorce after 20 years of marriage.
