Yolanda Foster will be moving to the condo complex at The Carlyle Residences after staying in a huge, lavish mansion in Malibu for years. Reports say the entire penthouse, where the reality star will be living soon, has undergone an intense renovation.

According to Curbed Los Angeles, her former husband David Foster posted photos from his Instragram account of Yolanda's new home in Wilshire Corridor condo. Based from the descriptions, the entire space is measures 3,950 square feet.

The newly found home of David Foster's ex-wife is not really that big compared to the 12,000-square-foot beachfront mansion where the former couple stayed for several years.

The unit was renovated by the last unit's owner when Yolanda Foster bought it. The newly furnished penthouse has high ceilings as high as 11 feet. It also has a high-end kitchen with new appliances, automated UV window shades, a whole guest suite on the second floor and a "direct entrance from the private elevator foyer."

The unit was bought for $4.78 million based from the listing provided in the Carlyle. The same source said that the unit is sold for $4.59 million in the beginning of December.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star considers this move as her next chapter in life after divorcing the famous music producer David Foster.

Her new penthouse, too, according to ET Online, is her way of staying positive while battling her Lyme disease which she was diagnosed with in 2012. She posted a photo from her Instagram account, "First day of the rest of my life #DefiningMoment #NewBeginnings #OneFootInfrontOfTheOther #HomeSweetHome" caption with her phone displaying December 11 read.

Right now, the former supermodel Yolanda Foster continues to thank her friends who have been there with her through good times and the bad.
