Game developer Bungie has announced on Thursday that avid fans and players of the company's popular video game "Destiny" will be getting two free gifts on Jan. 7, 2016. This means players will get 15 Strange Coins and 15 Motes of Light, a report from Gamespot said.

"Think of it as a gift card you can use in the Tower, where the stores are always open, and there is a never a line. Buy something nice from Xur with those Coins, but don't spend all your Motes to upgrade one item. See the Postmaster for your packages when the time comes - you may have to clear your backlog for them to appear," Bungie said, announcing the game's free loots for players.

According to Softpedia, players who will log into the "Destiny" experience from January 7 until January 10, 2016 will be able to access an exclusive Emblem that will certify them to play the popular game for another year.

"These extra rewards will be offered to the entire community who manages to complete at least an activity in the Director on January 12. The extra resources are a good way for the development team to reward the community that has been playing the social shooter for more than one full year and to allow them to spend them to give their Guardian some extra toys to play around with. The company is also aiming to tweak the types of emotes that it sells to the community and might also introduce more boosts, like the recent ones that allow a character to quickly be leveled up to 25 to enjoy more content," the report said.

Aside from the free items, Bungie has also announced the lucky winners from the "Sparrow Racing League Film Festival." The complete list of winners can be seen on the game's official website.
