Madonna is not backing down. After Guy Ritchie's new wife Jacquie posted a family picture on Instragram featuring her Rocco, the singer fired back with a post addressed to her estranged son.

The photo which Madonna reacted to was taken last July during Guy and Jacquie's wedding day. The couple were shown together with Madonna and Guy's sons, Rocco and David Banda. Jacquie captioned it with, "Happy holidays with love from the Ritchies."

Although it may not be Jacquie's intentions, the snap certainly affected her new husband's ex. Madonna quickly responded by posting a throwback photo dedicated to Rocco. On the caption, the singer said, "Merry X-mas to the Sun-shine of my Life!" The next day, Madonna followed it up with more pictures of her other children Lourdes, Mercy and David.

Madonna and Guy are currently in a heated custody battle over their teenage son Rocco who refused to spend the holiday break with his mother in New York City. The 15-year-old reportedly preferred to spend the holidays in London with his dad and stepmother as he is sick of touring with Madonna and just wants to have a normal holiday break.

However, this infuriated Madonna who took her problem straight to court. A couple of days before Christmas Eve, the singer asked Justice Deborah Kaplan of Manhattan Supreme Court to force Guy to send their son home to NYC for the holiday.

The Manhattan Supreme Court justice ordered Rocco to come home but Guy's legal counsel David Typermass clarified that the teenager cannot be forced to spend the holidays with his mother as it is his personal decision not to as the singer is "very strict" and "very controlling."

However, Madonna remains unconvinced. A new report recently surfaced claiming that Guy encouraged Rocco's negative feelings toward his mother.
