After the release of the first trailer for "Orphan Black" Season 4, it was reported that a new clone will be coming to town, and fans are still unsure if it is a friend or a foe.

Entertainment Weekly reports that the new clone will be called M.K., and it was revealed that she has important information that the characters need in the show. Co-creators John Fawcett and Graeme Manson teased some details about the new season. When they were asked about what they can say about the new clone, Manson said that she is mysterious, and Fawcett expressed his excitement about the new character.

Fawcett also described the character as very elusive, highly skilled and very smart. They added that Tatiana Maslany's another character Sarah will be interacting with this new clone, and fans have to wait and see if M.K. will help Sarah or bring danger to her.

When asked whether M.K. will be as evil as the previous clones, Fawcett revealed that M.K. is very paranoid and very security conscious. He added that M.K. is aware of how dangerous things are, and that is why she hid herself from her sisters for a long time, but Sarah, desperate for answers, will try to draw her out of the shadows. He added that Sarah will try to get that vital information from M.K. despite the latter being unwilling.

International Business Times reports that in the official synopsis for Season 4 of the show, it was revealed that Sarah will track down an "elusive and mysterious ally" which is tied to Beth Childs. The site also reported that there is a possibility that more clones will appear in Season 4 as Ari Millen will continue to portray Project Castor clones.

"Orphan Black" Season 4 is scheduled to premiere in April 2016.
