The mid-season finale of "The Walking Dead" Season 5 was a blast and there is a lot to look forward to in Season 6 of the series. However, with the plot continuously twisting into unexpected events, fans start to love hating a few of the old and new cast members of the AMC TV series.

Design Trend took time to write down a few of the most loved-to-be-hated cast of the "Walking Dead" Season 6. Although most of them managed to survive the Zombie apocalypse as well as the attack of the wolves, their recent story arcs in the series proved to be quite disappointing for fans.

Heath was once of the characters fans had looked forward to appearing in the show, however, after a short moment with Eugene in the later part of season 5, nothing significant came afterwards. Carl was quite a disappointment as well. Nothing interesting happened to his character even after his dad killed Ron's dad, who happens to be Enid's ex-beau whom he has his eyes on. The obvious "thing" going on between Rick and Jessie doesn't seem to be creating any reaction from him making him a less popular favorite in the last season.

Denise, the new doctor in Alexandria is very disappointing as well. After kissing Tara and starting to realize that she needs to embrace the new role she has for the sanctuary, she gets caught by the Wolves. His story could be better, hopefully in season 6 of "The Walking Dead." Daryl's not so powerful story act was also quite lame. He was caught off-guard by three strangers who had a single never been used gun and even lost his iconic arrows. Hopefully Season 6 would be more interesting for him

Maggie's character on the other hand had a lot of great moments in Season 5. After the announcement of being pregnant with the "never-dying" Glen's baby, fears of her possible death in season 6 of the franchise surfaced after being seen with a new hair-do in NYC. Realty Today earlier reported that fans are starting to worry that the newly cut hair of Lauren Cohan might indicate something significant for season 6, her death maybe?

The most loved and hated cast of  the TWD is bound to return with new challenges and perils to face this 2016 as "The Walking Dead" Season 6 returns on AMC on Feb. 12, 2016.
