"Fifty Shades Darker" star Jamie Dornan was already preparing himself for another round of filming as Christian Grey.

However, according to Movie News Guide, the Irish actor's involvement in "The Fall" could delay the production for the "Fifty Shades of Grey" sequel.

According to Parent Herald, fans have to wait a little longer before they could get information from the set of "Fifty Shades Darker." This is because the original January 2016 filming has been moved to a much later date to accommodate Dornan's other projects.

As of late, Dornan's co-star Dakota Johnson hasn't been heard complaining about the changes in the production schedule.

However, considering that the actress already wrapped up filming for her upcoming movie, this means that she will also be wasting a few weeks of her precious time before she could go on set.

On the contrary, the delay in production may also be good for the franchise.

As of late, book author E.L. James hasn't released any new information about he film's casting director.

This means that her entire team has not yet picked out actors to portray the roles of Jack Hyde, Mrs. Robinson and Leila Williams.

In other news, James previously shared a phot of the entire "Fifty Shades Darker" team. She also confirmed that her husband Niall Leonard will do the screenplay for the movie.

Sam Taylor-Johnson has also been replaced as the director of the trilogy, and the role has been given to "House of Cards" director James Foley.

As of late, none of these rumors regarding the production schedule of "Fifty Shades Darker" has been confirmed.

Johnson previously said that their filming will start during the first few months of 2016 so this could include January until March.

"Fifty Shades Darker" is slated for release in the United States on Feb. 10, 2017.
