Another trespasser was caught and arrested at Chris Brown's property on Dec. 22 in Woodland Hills, California.

Brown, 26, was at home when the incident happened, Hollywood Life reports. The woman sneaked into the Woodland Hills mansion after someone left. She took advantage of the gates that were open and immediately drove inside Brown's property.

According to TMZ, the 27-year-old woman refused to leave when the security asked her to. Afterwards, the cops were called and the woman was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing.

Brown's daughter Royalty could have been inside the house when the invasion happened. However, it was not confirmed whether the little girl was inside the house or not.

The thought of Brown's daughter being present during the incident was quite alarming, according to the publication.

It can be recalled that on July 15, the singer's newly bought home was first invaded by three robbers. The armed men hostaged Brown's aunt, pointed a gun to her, and locked her inside the closet while they ransacked the mansion, Hollywood Life reported.

The R&B singer was at a club when the July home invasion happened. His aunt was able to call 911 only after the robbers were long gone.

Meanwhile, Brown is said to be so fond of his one-year-old daughter that he even named his latest album after her. During an October hearing, the "Love More" singer won shared custody for his child.

"The biggest blessing in his life has been Royalty by far," an insider told the media outlet. The source claimed that Royalty has changed Brown's life in surprising ways, saying the singer has nearly quit smoking because he wants to live longer for his daughter.

"He'd trade it all in for her. Everything," the source added.

During his recent concert in Los Angeles, the singer carried out his pretty little girl on-stage.
