Avid fans of Nintendo Amiibo will no longer have to buy the upcoming "The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD" to get the soon-to-be-released Wolf Link Amiibo. It was previously reported that fans can collect the Amiibo if they buy the popular video game after it is officially launched on March 4, 2016.

According to Escape Magazine, the Wolf Link amiibo will be bundled with the "The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD" complete with Midna which is riding on top.

"We had previously believed the amiibo to be exclusive to this bundle, but now it looks like you'll be able to purchase him separately, if you don't want to buy the game. Nintendo has updated its product certification listing for a version of the amiibo sans game. Indeed, if you follow the link, you'll see that the reference image is consistent with all of the other stand-alone amiibos out there. There is no indication on whether or not the individual amiibo will launch at the same time as the bundle. Previously bundled amiibos have all eventually gone on to see individual release, so it may be a period of 'timed exclusivity' to the bundle for Wolf Link," the report said.

However, Christian Today reports that Nintendo has yet to clarify whether the Wolf Link amiibo will be sold separately once the video game officially launches on the aforementioned date.

"On the other hand, those who have been wanting to score a Lucas amiibo were treated to new details about the availability of the toy. A Reddit user claims that Target will have around 20 to 32 Lucas amiibo up for grabs. The leakster points out that this number is twice that of the Classic Mario amiibo supply. The Lucas amiibo should not be difficult to get to when it officially hits the market on Jan. 22," the report said.
