Giada de Laurentiis recently revealed that she is dating TV producer Shane Farley, but it looks like not everyone is happy for the Food Network chef's newly found romance. Farley's ex-wife is said to have been thinking of summoning de Laurentiis in court with the help of Bobby Flay's ex, Stephanie March.
Several reports claim that the 45-year-old celebrity chef may be brought into court for having an affair with Shane Farley while the latter was still married to his wife, Jennifer Giamo, Page Six reported. According to the outlet, Giamo was "devastated" when she learned about de Laurentiis and Farley's relationship.
Giamo allegedly reached out to her and Farley's acquaintances to find out if his relationship with de Laurentiis took place while they were still married. Now, it looks like Giamo has found support from Bobby Flay's former wife, Stephanie March.
A source told the aforementioned publication that both Giamo and March were spotted having high tea at the Gotham Bar in Peninsula Hotel in New York. The insider shared that the two exes consoled each other while sharing advices and experiences.
"[They were discussing] Giada having to be brought into court because [she and Shane] were having an affair," the source added.
While this may result in a grueling battle in court, Giamo's lawyer, Barry Guaglardi told the outlet that Giamo has instead chosen "to take the high road."
While de Laurentiis has escaped a court battle, rumors surrounding her and Flay continue to make rounds on the Internet. As Starcasm previously cited, several reports claimed that de Laurentiis and Flay's new relationships are nothing but decoys to hide the true nature of their relationship.
Several reports went as far as claiming that Bobby Flay and Giada de Laurentiis are looking into tying the knot and moving in together. However, both de Laurentiis and Flay previously denied having any romantic ties with each other.
