Famous Hollywood actor Sylvester Stallone is trying to sell his villa in affluent La Quinta, California for $4.19 million.

Beautifully located at 52945 Humboldt Blvd. about 12 miles from Palm Desert, this Mediterranean-style home measures 5,173 square feet and has great features of four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and powder room.

According to the New York Post report, the property is packed with nice features such as arched entryways, beamed ceilings, a spacious chef's kitchen with plenty of storage for wine, walk-in closets with shelves, and fireplaces with stone-carved detailing. The outside portion of the villa has features of terraces, a pool and spa with shades of lush palm trees, and a fire pit.

The home is nestled around the vicinity of the Madison Club, a private residential community. The community has a golf course and is considered as one of the best in the nation. It also has 56,000-square-foot clubhouse with a private movie theater, fitness center and spa, and private dining room.

Built in 2008, the home is the second residence of Stallone while his primary one is in Beverly Hills. According to reports, the home comes with a bit of discount, as it was previously listed for $4.5 million in 2012.

Josh Reef of Hurwitz James Co. is the listing agent of the property.

Action star Sylvester Stallone and his third wife Jennifer Flavin has listed their mansion-sized villa in the upscale La Quinta, California on the market for a whopping price of $4.19 million.

Property records show that the couple acquired the two-story, Addison Mizner-inspired Mediterranean-style villa for $4,500,000 in January 2010 as reported by Variety news.

This single-family residence is one of 19 luxury villas set amid dozens of high-cost custom homes behind the guarded gates of The Madison Club where it's common for vacant lots well under an acre.

Stallone and his third wife have placed their desert abode on the market in November 2011 with a price tag of $4,300,000 but they increased it to its current $4,500,000.
