Ryan Phillippe ended 2015 with a surprising news! The "Cruel Intentions" star is now engaged to his girlfriend of four years, Paulina Slagter.
PEOPLE's witnesses revealed that Slagter and Phillippe were spotted dining at Seaspice in Miami, where the former was seen displaying her engagement ring. The 41-year-old reportedly proposed to his girlfriend over the festive season. The couple will also be celebrating the New Year's eve together at the Five Star New Year's Eve party on Watson Island in Miami.
Back in April, Phillippe told Howard Stern on SiriusXM radio show how happy and proud he is with Slagter. "She's awesome. When people see her they have these judgments because she could be a model but she's about to graduate Stanford Law," he said.
A few hours after the engagement news broke, Phillipe and his girlfriend were seen partying at Rockwell in Miami with DJ Khaled and Quincy Combs. E! News insiders revealed that the couple looked so much in love and were very happy together. Philippe and Slagter spent the night dancing and drinking champagne, appearing to be celebrating the good news. However, the two have yet to confirm the news.
According to Daily Mail, it will be the second marriage for Phillippe, who first tied the knot with his "Cruel Intentions" co-star Reese Witherspoon. The two have been together for eight years before they ended things in 2007. The "Catch Hell" actor and the 39-year-old actress have two kids, Ava, 16 and Deacon, 12. Phillipe also has a son with his ex-girlfriend, Alexis Knapp. Before Slagter, the actor also dated Abbie Cornish and Amanda Seyfried.
