"How to Get Away With Murder" Season 2 will unveil more information about the deceased character Emily Sinclair (Sarah Burns). According to executive producer Pete Nowalk, fans will learn whether or not there will be someone looking for Sinclair now that she has been murdered.

In an interview with TV Line, Nowalk also said that forensic experts will be looking into Sinclair's death, as well as Annalise Keating's (Viola Davis) shooting.

"There will be forensic experts all up in there. Sinclair was an ADA, so she's a high-profile victim. Still, what I've learned from real law-enforcement people who talk to us is that forensic science is actually very much up to interpretation. Annalise, as a defense attorney, knows that creating a mess at the scene is the best strategy. But whether it works or not, we'll find out very quickly when the show returns in Feb. 11," he said.

Meanwhile, according to Design & Trend, some members of the Keating Five will be implicated in Annalise's shooting, but it won't necessarily be Wes (Alfred Enoch).

In the midseason finale episode, Wes was the only one who had the guts to shoot his professor. However, he also succumbed to his ill feelings towards Annalise, that's why he shot her in the abdomen instead of just her legs.

In other news, Nowalk also revealed that Karla Souza's Laurel will have bigger responsibilities on "How to Get Away With Murder" Season 2.

"In that moment when she was getting asked to shoot Annalise, she had to really look at herself and see what sort of person she was. I love the way she reacts, and I'm very excited to show how she's evolved from this murder night. She's going to have a very big responsibility on her own when we come back, and handles it in a way that's going to surprise us," he said.

"How to Get Away With Murder" Season 2 will air on Feb. 11, 2016.
