Rob Kardashian has long been struggling with health issues - as previously revealed on the Kardashian-Jenner clan's reality show, "Keeping Up With the Kardashians." Although the media hasn't gotten an update on his health status, numerous reports have revealed that Rob Kardashian ended up getting hospitalized, and was diagnosed with diabetes.

As it turns out, Kardashian was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital. According to Fox News, the youngest of the Kardashians wasn't feeling well during the holiday weekend and was brought to the hospital after his condition aggravated.

After several tests were done, doctors diagnosed Kardashian with diabetes. Apparently, the news was a shocker for Rob, who had no idea he was diabetic.

Thankfully, the former "Dancing With the Stars" contestant is back at home and resting now. "He's home already. He went for a little and is fine now. It was a wake-up call," a source told E! News.

Apparently, Kardashian had "very high" blood sugar levels, and doctors advised him that he will need to "lost weight, exercise and dramatically change his diet, or it will get worse." A source told People magazine:

"Rob had stomach problems over the weekend and didn't feel well. He was at the hospital briefly. [...] He has to take medicine now to control his blood sugar level. He was also told he needs to rethink his whole lifestyle. He needs to see a dietician and change the way he eats. If he doesn't change his lifestyle, he was told that it could have serious consequences."

Rob Kardashian has been hiding from the public eye for several years now, due to his own struggles with his weight. In fact, Rob even opted not to attend Kim Kardashian and Kanye West wedding back in 2014. On the other hand, 2012 was the last time Rob appeared on "Keeping Up With the Kardashians."

According to TMZ, Rob Kardashian was last seen in public earlier this year, as he headed to an In-N-Out joint on June 18.
