"Dance Moms" star Maddie Ziegler is no longer returning to the hit Lifetime reality TV show after season 6.
According to US Weekly, the 13-year-old ALDC dancer has basically outgrown the show, and as such she now wants to focus more on her acting career.
As of late, Ziegler hasn't confirmed the report yet, but her dance coach Abby Lee Miller recently talked about her blossoming movie career.
"Maddie Ziegler had the best of both worlds... I wish I had her frequent flyer miles!" she wrote on her holiday newsletter.
Miller also revealed that Ziegler's job didn't come easy for her because she constantly had to juggle between filming episodes of "Dance Moms" and filming her scenes in the upcoming movie "The Book of Henry."
"She had a script to learn, acting coaches on hand, an actual director working with her rather than a producer working against her," Miller added.
Meanwhile, Miller herself previously said that she wants to focus more on her acting and singing career because she wants to be a triple threat.
While speaking with Teen Vogue, Ziegler who was dubbed as a "Hot Commodity" said, "I really want to focus on acting and even sing a little bit so I can be a triple threat. I definitely want to do a movie or a scripted TV show."
At that time, Ziegler also said that she's happy she doesn't have to audition for certain roles because producers and directors know her as the young girl who teamed up with Sia for the music video of "Chandelier."
"It's cool that I get to work without being asked to audition. I feel like people trust me and believe I'm capable of putting in the work," she said.
"Dance Moms" season 6 will return to Lifetime on Jan. 5, 2016 at 8 p.m. ET.
