Oculus Rift will be hitting the stores on the first quarter of this year and will be coming with a VR adventure game, the "Lucky's Tale." It is an original title from McKinney and developed by Playful Corp and it is a free one.

Oculus has recently announced that their Rift will come in with a free VR game, "Lucky's Tale," that is said to mesmerize early users of the VR gadget.  Players will be fully immersed with the environment of the game and is said to enhance the gaming experience up another level.

Oculus Rift future owners will play as the fun loving fox of "Lucky's Tale,"  and will explore the charming new world it had discovered.  The game will be containing several locales and  rich environment.

"We always believed there was an opportunity for platformers in VR, but it wasn't until playing Lucky's Tale and working with the Playful team that we truly realized its potential to change how people view this genre of gaming forever. Lucky's Tale delivers on everything you want in a next-generation VR game - it's thrilling, full of adventure, and incredibly fun to play," as Lamer Luckey said, Oculus' founder and inventor.

Oculus Rift's introduction to the market is expected to boost the wider acceptance of VR in the gaming world.  Earlier reports during the first stages of VR development, said that gamers who had the opportunity to use VR in gaming have suffered from nausea, MarketWatch reported.

For those who have pre-ordered the Oculus Rift, they will also receive a complimentary copy  of "EVE: Valkyrie," which is an upcoming space-themed,  multiplayer dogfighting game from CCP Games, The Verge reported.  It is set on the "EVE Online" environment and will be available on the PlayStation 4 and PC platform.

Oculus has provided no information on when it will start taking advanced orders of its Rift.
