Dwayne Johnson recently shared a photograph of him training "the beefs" on Instagram. The 43-year-old wrestler and actor captioned his Instagram post: "Tonight we trained 'the beefs' aka legs. I passed out after we took this pic from holding my breath and trying to look cool."

Johnson announced about a week ago that he is preparing for his WrestleMania 32 comeback with is set to happen in April this year. He made the announcement on his Instagram account, saying "IT'S OFFICIAL: People's Champ is coming home to do 3 things with THE PEOPLE: Set an ALL-TIME attendance record, ELECTRIFY Dallas like never before & make all time #WRESTLEMANIA history. And we have FUN. Ok that's four things but you know what the hell The Rock's sayin'. Thank you #WWEUniverse! It's always an honor coming home and I wouldn't miss it for the world."

His upcoming return to Wrestle Mania may explain his exercise and body building activities even through the holiday season, Fortune reported. Aside from this, the actor from the film "Furious 7" was also busy during the holidays with the birth of his girlfriend's, and their first, baby together, NZ Herald reported. Lauren Hashian gave birth to their daughter Jasmine on Dec. 16, 2015.

In addition, Johnson also revealed through another Instagram post how he had found time to drop off a precious Christmas gift for his Uncle Tonga. Johnson gave the former WCW and WWE Superstar Tonga Fifita (Haku) a shining new truck. According to him, this gift is meant to thank Haku for helping him during his earlier days in wrestling, which he told in extensive details in his Instagram post.

The Rock has shared in the post how Haku lent him some trunks to use for his very first try out fight with WWE back in 1996.
