Jason Richardson is selling his $3 million dollar mansion after retiring from the NBA.

According to Realtor, Richardson listed his mansion located in 75 Dahlia St., Denver, Colorado for exactly $3,050,000. The mansion is said to be 10,051 square feet and is resting in 0.27 acres of land.

The mansion, built in 2007, was custom-built and has two stories. It has custom pieces of fixes and furniture around the house, this includes custom window coverings.
