"The Expendables 4" will finally begin its production this 2016 for a slated 2017 release, now with Pierce Brosnan as one of the lead characters in the movie. He will star together with former cast Sylvester Stallone, Dwayne Johnson, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Jason Statam. Hulk Hogan is also included in the latest film franchise as the new villain in the movie.

Movie News Guide reports that the Dave Callahan is currently the one in-charge with the screenplay of the movie together with "The Expendables 4" director Avi Lerner. Production will proceed after that for a projected 2017 release, now with Pierce Brosnan included in the cast of the action film. Wrestling legend Hulk Hogan has already confirmed his role in the movie last year and will play as villain against Sylvester Stallone and the rest of the Expendables casts.

Steve Austin is also included in the film and will most likely play as one of the protagonist in the fourth franchise of Expendables. Earlier reports also mentions that the film outfit are already looking for doubles for the running scenes of Hulk Hogan in the film. The film has a reported $100 million budget topping the "Expendables 2" budget which only had $92 million.

Meanwhile, Yahoo Singapore narrates an exclusive interview lead star Sylvester Stallone had with Deadline about the upcoming "Expendables 4" film. He was asked if he felt that he was not getting the same respect in acting like he used to have for films like the Expendable series, Rambo and Rocky to his latest role in the movie "Creed". Many think that Stallone being an action star marginalized his value as an actor in the "Creed" film.

He calmly replied, "Okay, the guy really can't act; all he can do is be very, very physical," In a sense you are considered more of an empty vessel. I get that just comes with the territory, and that if you stick around too long, it becomes kind of your epithet."

"The Expendables 4" is about to start filming and is ready to prove itself once more in the cinemas with its scheduled premiere this coming 2017 with Pierce Brosnan landing a spot in the action-movie franchise.
